25m Indoor Pool
Our 25 metre indoor pool ensures that our members and casuals have plenty of pool space. The pool also is home to an all abilities ramp, a pool pod and a hoist.
Learn to Swim Pool
Specifically catering for beginner and intermediate swimmers, our dedicated pool will allow tuition to all ages and abilities. Learning to swim is bound to be a great experience. Find out about our Learn to Swim Program.
Leisure Pool
The children's leisure pool is full of cool water features – water tunes piano, wally the whale, Prince Thomas the green frog slide, shooting cannons and water falls. Perfect for children of all ages, these features make TRAC an extra special place for a family day out.
Warm Water Pool
Heated to approximately 34 degrees, TRAC’s warm water pool is the perfect place to carry out your private rehabilitation program and soak away any sore spots. Please note at times Aqua classes are scheduled there is limited public space available, please refer to the Group Fitness Timetable for session times.
Spa/Sauna/Steam
Indulge in pure relaxation with our spa, sauna or steam room facilities. Here you can enjoy specialist health benefits or simply “chill out”. At approximately 36 degrees, TRAC’s large spa is a great place to relax after a workout or swimming laps. This facility holds great attraction to older generations, in particular, looking for a bit of “me” time.
Outdoor Splash Park
The water splash park has shooting cannons, water falls and a giant tipping bucket that will have the kids (and big kids at heart) squealing in delight. The playground’s rope climbing structure is loads of fun.
Lay the picnic rug down and chill out in the sun shine, bring along a family bbq and use the free BBQ facilities or take advantage of the yummy food, icecreams and frosty cold drinks at cafe.
The outdoor recreation area is included in your entry price to TRAC.
