At TRAC, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment for women to build their confidence in the water. Join us for a casual swimming session led by a female swim teacher and focus on improving your water skills and safety awareness.
Each session is designed to help you with water confidence, independent buoyancy, movement, propulsion, and water safety. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a social and fun swimming experience, so bring a friend along!
Session Times
Women only session are offered every Monday in our private pool.
8:00pm – 8:30pm: Water Safety Skills
8:30pm – 9:30pm: Free Swimming
Please note: Sessions are not held during school holidays.
