Men’s Health Week

Men’s Health Week is running from 15–21 June, and at TRAC we’re proud to support this important national initiative focused on improving men’s physical, mental and social wellbeing. The week encourages men of all ages to check in with their health, build positive habits and connect with their community.

This year’s theme highlights the power of small, meaningful steps that lead to long-term wellbeing, and we’ve planned a full week of activities to help make those steps easier.

What’s On at TRAC

Bring a friend for free

To celebrate, we are offering members to bring a friend for free across all facilities, including:

  • Aquatic facilities
  • Gym
  • Group Exercise
  • Reformer Pilates

It’s the perfect chance to train with a mate, try something new or simply enjoy a workout together. All guests must visit the reception on arrival to sign in.

Free Blood Pressure Checks

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, yet it’s one of the leading risk factors for heart disease. Throughout Men’s Health Week, we’re offering free blood pressure checks to help you stay informed and proactive about your health.

To secure your spot, please book in at reception.

Why Men’s Health Week Matters

Men’s Health Week is a reminder that wellbeing goes beyond fitness. It’s about prevention, connection and taking small steps that make a big difference. By opening our doors wider this week, we hope to encourage more men to check in with themselves, support each other and build healthier habits.
