Celebrate International Pilates Day with TRAC

Every year, the global Pilates community comes together to celebrate the strength, joy, and transformative power of Pilates. International Pilates Day falls on May 2, and studios around the world mark the occasion by opening their doors, welcoming new faces, and sharing the practice that has changed millions of lives.

This year, we’re joining the celebration with something special just for our members, because Pilates is even better when shared.

Bring a friend for free

To honour International Pilates Day, all current members can bring a friend to any Reformer Pilates class at no cost from Monday, 4 May – Sunday, 10 May. It’s the perfect chance to introduce the benefits of Pilates

How to book

To secure your friend’s place, simply contact reception, and we’ll take care of the rest.
