TRAC Girls Can Week
From 24–30 November, we’re celebrating TRAC Girls Can Week, a week dedicated to empowering women of all ages and fitness levels to move, connect and have fun!
Whether you’re a TRAC member or visiting for the first time, everyone is welcome to join in our free activities throughout the week. It’s the perfect chance to try something new, meet amazing women, and discover just how strong, confident and capable you really are.
