At Thomastown Recreation and Aquatic Centre we offer a women’s only gym designed to help you work out with confidence.

Teen Gym

Tailored exclusively for 12 to 15-year-olds, this introductory program offers teenagers a structured approach to safely learn their way around the gym while fostering positive exercise routines.

B Active Functional Training personalised group coaching sessions are developed with a results-driven approach to elevate your workout experience.

Reformer Pilates
