Jess – Level 2 Practitioner

Jess brings experience in exercise rehabilitation within residential aged care and has worked with a diverse range of individuals to improve strength, mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. She believes in delivering personalised care and creating supportive environments where clients feel empowered throughout their health journey.

With a background in competitive middle-distance running, Jess specialised in the 3,000 metres and achieved a national bronze medal. Her sporting experience has given her a strong appreciation for the role exercise plays in both performance and long-term health. She has also developed and delivered youth strength and conditioning programs, helping young athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience.

Jess has a strong clinical and personal interest in supporting people living with invisible illnesses and chronic conditions, particularly neurodivergence, dysautonomia, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. She is passionate about helping individuals better manage their symptoms, improve function, and participate more fully in the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her three rescue cats and two guinea pigs, as well as staying active through running and hiking.
