Claire – Level 2 Practitioner

Claire has previous experience working in the Geriatric and Evaluation Management Wards within the sub-acute hospital setting and has worked with a variety of individuals to improve their mobility and balance, ensuring a safe transition home. Claire has also worked at cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs within community rehabilitation settings.

Claire has grown up with a love for netball, strength training and running. Being involved in these communities has created a strong motivation to help others achieve their goals. She is passionate about using exercise as a treatment tool and empowering individuals to be active. Claire has seen the positive impact exercise can have and wants to use her skills to improve the function, capacity and overall well-being for those around her.

Outside of TRAC, Claire works in Youth Prevention and Recovery, supporting young people living with chronic conditions. She works with individuals with mental health conditions, neurological deficits and intellectual disabilities. Claire is passionate about helping individuals to improve their capacity to perform meaningful activities and support them in achieving their goals.

In Claire’s spare time, she enjoys playing netball, travelling and training for different running and triathlon events!
